CANCELLATION POLICY

Winter's Diary Esthetics has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Canceling within 24hr of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% fee of service to the credit card on file.

10 MIN LATE POLICY

Specific time is allotted to provide you the best services, if you are more then 10 minutes late the appointment will be considered a "no - show" and will be charged a cancellation fee.
